When and how should I RSVP?

Formal invitations will be emailed to you this summer from our website. We will ask you to RSVP once received on the website, with details on how to do so included in the email..

Where should I stay?

We have made hotel recommendations on the "Travel & Lodging" page of this website. Please book asap as some hotels are already fully committed for part or all of the wedding weekend.

Is transportation provided?

We are not providing any shuttles. Please visit the "Travel & Lodging" page for more details on recommended ground transportation. We also recommend ordering Ubers or Lyfts in advance, if choosing to get around this route, as sometimes they are NOT in abundance so planning ahead will help ensure you get a ride home..

Is everyone invited to all three events?

Yes! If your travel schedule permits, we would love for you to join us at Gott's Roadside on Friday night and The Charter Oak on Saturday night and also an informal farewell brunch on Sunday morning.

Are children invited?

Children are welcome to join us for the events on Friday night and Sunday morning. Due to the more formal nature of Saturday's event, we ask that you please don't bring your children to this specific event. Let us know if you need any suggestions for babysitters.

Can I bring a guest?

The heading on the invitation will indicate exactly who is invited to the wedding. Unless a guest is specifically named on the email, we respectfully ask our guests to not bring a "plus one". Thank you so much for understanding!

What should I pack for clothing?

September in Napa can be warm like a late summer and sometimes we can experience cool, breezy temperatures! We suggest planning some warm clothes for days and then cooler clothes and layers for the evenings. If looking for some attire inspo, we’ve put together some suggestions for both Friday and Saturday night.
